Everywhere! On your website, your social media channels and all of your marketing activity. On sales pages and lead magnets, in blogs and articles, creating templates with text in Canva and for your LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook profiles. You will be amazed at how many places you can use them once you have them!
I understand that plans can change, however due to the nature of the planning and preparation needed for my Brand Shoot packages, please give me 4 weeks notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule, to avoid the cancellation fee.
I primarily provide high-resolution digital images.
You can expect to receive your edited gallery of photos within 2 weeks after the session. You will receive a link to your gallery where you can download high resolution photos and smaller file sizes, depending on where and how you need to use them.
You are already the best YOU there is and I will make sure the photos will capture you in the most flattering light so don’t worry, photoshopping is not needed! We are real people and our potential clients want to see the real us.
I apply a light edit in Lightroom post shoot to enhance what we got in camera. If you are looking for extra editing post shoot, this will be an appropriate additional cost.
Absolutely not! You are not a model and you don’t need to know how to pose. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident so we can capture natural and authentic images. I will guide you through some tips on the day to make sure we get the best light and angles, but please don’t worry – just be you!
You’ll be fully prepared ahead of shoot day, thanks to my Focus part of my process. With a shot list and timings , you will know what to bring, what to wear and where to be! During the shoot, I’ll guide you through the sets up and what to do, to ensure you're comfortable and confident. We’ll work collaboratively to capture the key photos that align with your brand’s vision and goals and will help you to connect and influence your target clients.
Ah that all important question! Of course, everyone has their own style so I can’t tell you exactly, but you want to choose outfits that fit with the colour and style of your brand and your ideal client. Think about what outfits give you a confidence boost and makes you feel
like you at your best.
I always recommend bringing something with a pop of brand colour to add some vibrancy into the images. And don’t worry, we talk through outfits in detail during the Focus part of the shoot planning process.
You can download my Top Tips for What to Wear on a Brand Shoot to help guide you.
This is completely up to you. My style is very much about real people so most of my clients tend to do their own hair and make-up – after all they want to feel and look like them! We are not in a studio, so you don’t need extra make-up to compensate for huge lighting!
Absolutely! We can shoot at your preferred location, whether it’s your office, a specific venue, or an outdoor setting. My only caveat is making sure we have enough light and space to achieve the look and style you need for your brand.
Choosing the right location depends very much on your business – what your target clients are, where you usually work from, your style and your brand. Think about places that showcase your brand’s style, like your office, a local hotel or workspace, or a beautiful
outdoor setting. I have a rolodex of wonderful locations in Surrey and we will plan this together during the Focus part of your package, to find the location/s that align with your vision.
No, I am location based as I think this is how you get the best, most natural photos that help you to build genuine relationships with your target audience.
The duration depends on what photos you need, how many themes and locations we are covering, if you have clients in your shoot and which package you have booked to cover this. My shoots are usually either an hour or three hours in length. And it goes by in an absolute
flash! We’ll talk through the shoot time that will work best for you during our initial call.
Don’t worry, I take you through everything to prepare during the Focus phase the process. I will help you to think about and plan the outfits, props, and locations that best represent your brand.
You will complete a Brand Vision Workbook and Pinterest Mood Board and we’ll bring it altogether during our Creativity Call, to ensure everything is aligned with your brand and vision.
It’s really simple, just complete the Registration Form and I will then get in touch to check we are the right fit and to discuss the package type and date for your shoot. Or feel free to give me a call or drop me an email with any questions.
I would suggest a minimum of 3 weeks or up to 6 weeks if possible. This gives you enough time to steadily work through the Focus planning process; securing a location, any ‘clients’ to be in the shoot, choosing outfits and getting prepared and excited, without becoming overwhelmed. Running a business can be busy enough!
Please don’t worry, I totally get it and most of my clients feel exactly the same! The thought of having your photo taken can be nerve-wracking, so my goal is to make the experience as fun and relaxed as possible.
I’ll guide you through every step and our pre-shoot planning will help you feel super excited and fully prepared for shoot day! We’ll focus on creating a comfortable environment so you can be yourself, feel confident and shine in your photos.
The first step is to complete my simple Registration Form to let me know a little bit about your business or charity and what you need, and then we can organise a call to make sure we are the right fit and to find the right package for you.
Once you are on-boarded, I have created my simple Focus, Frame and Flourish process to ensure my clients get the photos they need to grow their business.
Focus: The creative planning process where we bring focus to your business brand, vision and goals. During this phase, we plan all the details for shoot day, including location, outfits, people and props.
Frame: We arrive at shoot day, fully prepared and with a tailored shot list to ensure we get the most out of our time together and frame your brilliant business in the right way.
Flourish: After the shoot, you will receive your edited gallery of photos with 2 weeks. Your business can now flourish, with a curated collection of high-quality photos tied into your brand message and values, designed intentionally to influence your specific target client to take action.
I have a variety of packages available to suit all budgets, service-based business and charities. Have a look through the Brand Packages section of my website or complete the Registration Form and we can arrange a chat to talk through exactly what you need and which shoot is the perfect match to grow your business.
Brand photos are for anyone who runs a business, or organisations and charities who want to connect what they do with those that can support them. I love working with coaches, consultants, charities and small service-based business owners and professionals in and
around Surrey. If you are ready to grow your business and need professional, on-brand photos to help you create a deeper connection with your target audience, a business or personal brand shoot is perfect for you.
Unlike stock imagery, brand photography is tailored to fit your unique business and everything that goes into it. We can all spot stock images a mile off and they don’t build any trust or connection with your audience. In fact, they are probably doing you more harm than
good. People buy from people, so they need to be able to see you!
High-quality brand photography helps create a strong visual identity, builds trust with your audience, and sets you apart from your sea of competitors. It ensures consistent and professional imagery across all your platforms to help your target audience get to know, like
and trust you.
For me, it’s all about capturing your soul, your spark and your business story to help you connect better with your target client.
Brand photography is the use of professional images, which showcase your brand’s identity, values, and personality. These images can be used across your website, social channels and in all marketing materials.
Whether you call it Brand Photography, Business Brand Photography, Business Photography, or Personal Brand Photography, brand photos are integral to telling people understand what your business is all about and why they should work with you.
